PKI Competency
Dohatec CA made substantial investments in acquiring competency of its professional team in PKI and CA operations and trusted practice. Dohatec CA has CA Administrator, RA Administrator and Helpdesk for operating CA operation, supporting Subscribers and guiding users. It provides Training for educating people about PKI and CA practice.
Dohatec CA develops and offers PKI enablement tools for Digital Signing, protecting data with encryption, two factor authentication and securing web application with PKI.
Dohatec CA provides a complete key management solution for the Encryption Key Pairs and Digital Certificates using state-of-the-art technology. Encryption Key Pairs are generated centrally at the Dohatec CA facility using foolproof and most secure mechanisms. Encryption key-pairs are distributed in a secure way to the Subscribers. The Subscribers download the encryption key-pair and Digital Certificate using strong authentication procedures.
The encryption key-pairs and Digital Certificates are backed up centrally at the CA end in a secure way. Access to the backup is protected by strong access control mechanisms of the CA facility.
Implementation of n out of m role for giving trusted and secure service -meaning this process does not allow any individual access or authority. Dohatec CA HSM can sign and generate 3000 Digital Certificates per second. Dohatec CA implemented Physical Access Control with 7 layer security. International standard Key Generation Ceremony following all security processes with public observation of ceremony was carried out.

Trust chain has to be absolutely secure and without any risk exposure. This trust is only possible through processes that have to be strictly adhered to. Dohatec CA Solutions
CA practice comprises of the processes that are legal requirements originating from the ICT Act and CA Rules followed by the Certificate Practice Statement (CPS) of the CA. The trust chain must not be compromised at any time and activities related must be recorded for audit at any stage.
Dohatec CA and the Data Center are located in its own premises in the CBD of Dhaka and within half a kilometer of Bangladesh Bank, Bangladesh Secretariat and National Board Revenue. Seven layer security as required prevails.
